Solution: The features of the invention designed to solve the above problem are as follows: (1) A fibronectin expression promoter containing chrysanthemum flower (scientific name: Chrysanthemum morifolium) and/or extract thereof as an active component. (2) A fibronectin expression promoter described in (1) above, wherein the chrysanthemum flower extract contains at least 20 wt% of luteolin. (3) A fibronectin expression promoter containing luteolin as an active component.
